Workshops are usually on Saturdays between 1.30pm - 4pm and are £35. Advanced courses are by invitation and held between 10.00am - 12.30pm.
Advanced Class
This class is focused on the partner work curriculum of Yang Style Tai Chi and is open to students who have some experience. Contact Simon to apply. Venue: Henfield Leisure Centre £320pa (8 seminars) or £50 drop in.

Partner Work
You'll be learning the sequence of the second part of the 5 Section Form (or revising it!) and we'll be expeiencing what we need from partner work (Sensing Hands - "Jue Shou") to help improve our movement and balance in solo practice. No experience of tai chi required, this is open even to complete beginners! Times: 13.30 - 16.00 Venue: Henfield Leisure Centre ​Cost: £35
