Whether you have learned the dagger form or this is your first experience, this workshop will take you through the basic dagger energies in solo and then partner drills.

This afternoon is open to anyone who want's to understand their tai chi more deeply. Traditionally tai chi is said to be composed of "the 37 Postures"; these can be grouped into 13 Familes and we'll investigate how to explore them as a training method.

​In this workshop we will be building on our knowledge of pushing hands to begin learning the traditional da lu curriculum and diagonal energies.​ Some experience of pushing hands reuired. Times: 10-4 ​Cost: £55
